Spring-Shoc
Utilizes a unique patent pending mounting plate that allows the cleaning blade to be spring tensioned in either a pull-up or push-up position. This specially designed configurability features two different mounting options that leave extra clearance above or below the bracket where necessary.

Razor-Back with Spray Bar
Razor-Back with Spray Bar is a secondary belt cleaner that uses a row of spray nozzles to spray a fine sharp stream of water at a 30° degree angle onto the conveyor belt where the carry-back material is difficult to remove. Water is applied to the belt in an overlapping spray pattern which places the particles into a fluid suspension, while moistening the belt.
The blades of the Razor-Back with Spray Bar are then able to make consistent contact with the conveyor belt surface to remove nearly 98% or more of bulk material coarse carry-back.

WASH BOX BELT CLEANING SYSTEM Works On The Return Side Of the Conveyor Belt The BRITCO Wash Box is installed as a secondary conveyor belt cleaner and is designed to work on the return side of the conveyor belt. Each steel enclosed box is equipped with a combination of pressure rollers, spray bars and Razor-Britco belt cleaners. It can also be customized to meet a conveyor systems? needs. The nozzles apply a spray of water which softens the bulk material carry-back and lubricates to maintain effective cleaning pressure. SUPER AIR SCRAPER FOR CONVEYOR BELTS

The Super Air Scraper for Conveyor Belts is the new generation of air curtains that dramatically reduce consumption and noise; Compared to other scraper systems. It is the most efficient way to clean conveyor belts by compressed air. It delivers a laminar flow, uniform and powerful along its entire length. Its amplification performance is 40: 1, which makes it suitable for most applications. This is a novel system and compact design. Reduction of Noise Levels High noise levels are a common problem in most industrial plants. The sound produced by compressed air often exceeds OSHA restrictions resulting in a hearing loss over time for people in the environment. The noise level of the Super Air Scraper is below 70 dBA for pressures of 5.5 bar. By using this scraper it is possible to obtain a high impact force on the conveyor belt, without high levels of noise.


OPERATION OF THE SUPER AIR SCRAPER FOR BELTS CONVEYORS

The Compressed Air enters through the inlet (1) of the Super Air Scraper to a distribution chamber. This flow is directed to a precisely slotted hole. When this primary flow leaves the groove (2), it follows a flat surface which directs the air stream in a perfectly straight line. This creates a uniform sheet of air through the entire length of the Super Air Scraper. The velocity is minimized while the force is maximized by the ambient air (3) which is drawn into the primary stream with an increase of 40: 1. The result is a defined constant laminar flow and a strong impact force on the belt.
